A: No, we do not make any recommendations. The information on our "What is Kratom?" link was obtained from various sources and is for educational purposes only. None of the information on this page express the views of KratomHerbs.com, or our employees. This page and all of its are contents are for educational purposes only.

Q: Do you honor custom order sizes for amounts other than what is listed on your site?

A: Yes, we will make every effort to honor custom order sizes. Please send your request to customerservice@kratomherbs.com and we will be happy to help.

Q: Do you sell anything else besides kratom?

A: For branding purposes, we only offer kratom on kratomherbs.com. We do have a sister site, www.speciatlybotanicals.com, where we offer a wide variety of other ethnobotanicals. Your suggestions are always welcome.

Q: Do you ship discreetly?

A: Yes, Our packaging makes no reference to what's inside. Your packages will show up with our company name and your address. 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship our kratom anywhere, except for the following locations: Outside the U.S. – Malaysia, Australia, and Thailand. Inside the U.S. – WI., IN., TN., AR., AL., and VT.

Q: What are my payment choices?

A: Electronic checks via a company called green money, bitcoin, cash, COD, money orders, as well as a few other electronic methods. If you are sending a money order, please send it via registered mail so that it is insured and its delivery can be confirmed. We can not be held responsible for cash orders that are lost in the mail, so we strongly recommend using a credit card or money order.

Q: Is your site secure?
