The idea of immortality or a fountain of youth has been talked and dreamed about for almost as long as humanity has been around. Even more interestingly, it seems that the dream of immortality isn’t confined to a particular culture or region of the world but is shared across many of them. Indeed, when we look back and study cave drawings or writings from past civilizations, be they in Africa, Europe, or the Americas, one thing they seem to share is a desire and a will to believe in some form of immortality. It’s taken thousands of years, but science just might have found the answer.
