There’s been a lot written about the negative effect of stress, so it should be no secret that stress wrecks your body and immune system. Not only that, but stress DOESN’T WORK. That’s right, if you’ve got a problem or situation that you can’t stop worrying about or stressing over, DON’T. So what should you do instead? Focus on a particular aspect of the problem, breathe deeply, and TAKE ACTION. When we’re stressed about something we’re more prone to making mistakes and reacting badly than we are at any other time.
