Vitamin C Supplements May Be As Effective A Weight Loss Tool As Daily Exercise

There is no shortage of advice out there for those looking to lose a few (or many) pounds. The most common advice is to hit the gym. However effective this advice might be, the reality is that less than half of those diagnosed as obese actually go to the gym afterwards.

For those individuals, and others looking to lose weight, there is another option: Vitamin C supplements. A recent trial revealed that those who took 500 milligrams of Vitamin C saw results equivalent to those who embarked on a 5-7 day walking routine.
